lentil pancakes
ingredients
2/3 cup red lentils
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp salt
black pepper (to taste)
1 cup water
directions
soak lentils overnight in the fridge. drain and rise thoroughly. blend on high with 1 cup cold water, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until very smooth. fry as you would a pancake.
