cold & spicy silken tofu

ingredients:
1 package of silken tofu, cold
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sichuan chili oil (preferably with crisps)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
4 scallions, chopped
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
instructions:
cut tofu into 1/4 inch thick slices. mix all other ingredients together and pour over sliced tofu. even better if allowed to chill for at least 30 minutes.
